Shipping

We carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours from purchase.

We ship to addresses across Europe.

InPost (Mondial Relay) pick-up point delivery is available in selected countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Availability is shown at checkout.

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Returns

We accept returns from all European countries within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached. Returns must be requested before sending any item back.

How to Return an Item

Request a return by emailing nicawana.surf@hotmail.com using the same email address used for your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will generate and send you the return shipping label by email.

You may also choose to return the item using a carrier of your choice and share the tracking information with us once shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refund­able. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Items that have been used or items without original tags may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Returns Outside Europe

Returns are accepted from Europe only. We do not accept returns from orders shipped outside Europe, including the United States.
